McFarlane: Alien vs. Predator – Birth of the Hybrid 1:18 scale diorama.

Cut it up into pieces; broke out the drimmel and tooled up the original parts to adapt onto: Thor, Movie Series, 1:18 scale Frost Giant to get the articulation. The Predators boots, feet, head, shoulder armor, gauntlets, blades and belt are original McFarlane items.

Sculpted with Avix (as seen in the last picture) the left arm side armor, chest partial plate mail, back partial plate mail, thigh plates.

Hand painted everything with model masters acrylic paints, head to toe to blend colors.

My goal was to keep it simple but look good so I didn’t over do any thing to keep it ‘original’ wolf armor from AvP Requiem rather just blended the movies for a more custom flavor. Now for a story line: I don’t know if Black Horse & Marvel have ever crossed over but I have seen some Fan projects out on the net. I was reflecting on a good comic story line: The government reviles that this creature demolished The Punishers family in the 80’s. A recent Government sighting of the creature leads to bringing the Punisher into contact resulting in an epic Black Ops vs. Hunter Battle Royal until one meets their End. (Spoiler Alert, later it is reviled that the Government…)
