Hi, This is my first "real attempt" of a custom figure (besides some repaints), so be honest and give me your opinion.
The first step was sanding down the helmet to obtain a smooth head finish, also I cut off part of the mask to form the nose. After that I painted the head, face and body with acrylics and a light dry brush and sealed the entire figure with testors dull-cote. The belt and collar are made from rubber bands and the cape and loin cloth from black fabric.

And I'm very happy to identify that body, it's the same torso and arms I used for my custom Wolf recently, and I had no idea where it came from, now at least I know it's a cheap ninja figure
