I've seen a lot of Kallarks knocking around on here but I always thought the Nanor head was the best fit for his whole majestic thing. The head is a BA cast with the hair dremmelled down and the chest, arms and thighs smoothed. The cape is a Beta Ray Bill steal with picture wire for the cord and Sinisters collar heated and reshaped. The chest symbol is elastic band and the mohawk is Darice Foamy Sheet with grooves scored with a scalpel. Hope you like!
