This is my version of Jim Lee’s superb redesign for the game Injustice: Gods Among Us. I used the official artwork and in-game images as reference and for the final result; it became a mixture of both, plus a little bit of my style.
The materials used in making this one are mostly Aves Apoxie Blue for resculpting.
The hood is made up of .2mm styrene sheet plus some Apoxie underneath to achieve the shape. The mask is sculpted.
For the upper body, I added layers of Apoxie on the chest, abs, left bicep, lower arms, hand guards, back and collar, and then carved it all away with x-acto knife.
The muscles on thighs, boots and lower legs are shaved off, and layers of Apoxie was added to resculpt the lower body proportions, followed by a lot of carving.
Hellfire Spear is made up of twisty ties, the hook was all Apoxie.
Swords are made from scratch. 1.5mm styrene for the blade, 2mm styrene for the handle and Apoxie for the hook.
Painted with Tamiya Acrylics.

I'm kinda bummed out that this didn't win a place in the contest. However, I re ally love this figure. You should beeextremely proud of yourself.

aahh! I have low expectations on winning after seeing the other entries. Thank you and yes I am proud of this one because I had fun in the process working on the way, and the result made me feel good.

really great work, if it wasn't for that w.I.p. picture I never would've guessed that was a bucky cap figure, nice attention to details, keep up the good work

thank you! bucky cap is a really good mold to work with. few paint rub fixes and the muscular thigh that makes him look like bow-legged are the only problems I had
