Half-horse/half-woman archers that can be encountered in RED Company/Riverhill Software/Vic Tokai's Princess Minerva (プリンセス・ミネルバ) NEC PC-9801 (1992), NEC PC Engine CD (1994), and Nintendo Super Famicom (1995) role-playing video games, which are based on the manga of the same name by Maisaka Kou.

I'm not going to front, this was totally a last minute project. I started out by spending a couple of hours compiling a list of characters that use bows or crossbows that I was interested in making. I then proceeded to squander all that time and effort by choosing to create something that wasn't even on said list. I started sculpting this centaur, completely from scratch, at around 9 P.M. on the 30th of October, finished modeling her at around 2 A.M., hit the sack, woke up again at around 8 A.M., touched the figure up, painted everything with acrylics, drew and colored some eye decals and attached them onto her face, strung her bow with sewing thread, glued the weapon into her hands, called it done, and shot my photos. There's a lesson to be learned here about procrastination, but I very much doubt that it's ever going to penetrate my thick skull.

This should of been ranked higher for its flawless accuracy & its small scale..

It's far from flawless, but I thank you for the praise.

God, the references you pull out are so nuts!
I like this one. It's a cool little piece. I don't know if those eyes work out in 3D, she might look a little crosseyed, but solid work.

Yes, I would agree that she came out a bit cross-eyed. I should have drawn the eye decals with the eyes facing straight forward, instead of turned in towards her nose like that.

This turned out freaking awesome for having been made in the last hour! I love it!
