STELIOS !!!

"Although extraordinary valor was displayed by the entire corps of Spartans and Thespaians, yet bravest of all was declared the Spartan Stelios. It is said that on the eve of battle, he was told by a Persian Emesary that the Persian archers were so numerous that, their arrows would blot out the sun. Stelios, however, undaunted by this prospect, remarked with a laugh, 'Then we will fight in the shade'"

Yep that’s one crazy cat. He was acclaimed the bravest of all the three hundred Spartans selected to fight in that battle. He was so cool that I thought he must be made into a figure!

Recipe
~ Captain Marvel Base
~NECA Leonidas forearms, shins, cape clasp, shield, spear, sword and scabbard
~Legolas cape
~XMC Angle head
~Aragorn hair
~Scuplted hair and briefs

Oh this one was fun, but a pain when it came to the pain rub, nothing a little dremel can’t fix. I dry brushed everything, made his muscles pop and hair shade stand out. This guy is awesome. Enjoy guys and girls.

300 TIMES AWeSOOOME!! I did the Xerxes, but you nailed dienekes!! It's like customizing the whole cast of 300 MOVIE! I was wondering if you could also do the battle OGRE or the hot lady that dances and floats when Leonidas went up to he mountain.
Greg8624 - Friday, December 28, 2007
DTM- Thanks, he's the guy who jumped over Leonidas at the end to stab that guy, he ws the skinny one remember ? Did some research, totally fake dude, the real guy was Dienekes (Dieneces) (Greek: Διηνέκης (died 480 BC) was a Spartan officer present at the Battle of Thermopylae. He was acclaimed the bravest of all the three hundred Spartiates selected to fight in that battle. He also does not appear in Frank Miller's graphic novel 300 or the film based on it; his famous quip is delivered instead by the fictional character Stelios. Moreover, Stelios makes the remark in response to a Persian taunt, not the statement of a fellow Greek.
Collector1- true, the movie kicked A$$ either way.
churichuro- thanks man, glad you like him
rateeg- thanks bud, I am not at the level to sculpt muscle yet, maybe my next custom. He is very 6 inch scale but Leonidas is way bigger.
Arez- . I started a Leonidas just like yours but its taking too much time with the neck, I am cutting the NECA head and putting it on a Conan.
spawnsauce- yeah, he cool
Crisco- thanks
Death-X- awww thank bro, I try man
Thanks

oh my god!
this is freakin cool! gotta copy this recipe. the angel head works perfectly well.
tho I'm not a fan of those square abs.
is he in scale with the NECA leonidas?
Collector1 - Friday, December 28, 2007
Despite the historical inaccuracy of the Film and comic, it was good.
DTM - Friday, December 28, 2007
I really like it. Good detail. I forgot which guy was this. Was he the one that went back to Sparta and narrates the movie, or was he the dude who got beheaded? Haven't watched the movie in so long
