After looking at the numerous G1 Megatron customs, I saw the Constructbots Starscream, Ironhide, Soundwave and Megatron and combined them all together to great the ultimate villain of the G1 series that I have been wanting since 1984. The only pain was repainting all the pieces with the traditional red, silver, black, yellow, gold, Matte Gloss and Matte finish paints. When it was all said and done...................behold................MEGATRON.....in all of his G1 glory.
the cannon was made with Transformers animated swindle with Constructbots pieces. Photo 2 is his Cybertronian Tank mode.

Thanks. I was trying to detail it more but this was the closest to detailing Megatron. In the end, he turned out awesome. Besides, he looks better in person. The only problem...the crotch piece was too big when Hasbro made the Megatron Constructbots....but I do give them a lot of credit though.

I have been wanting a G1 Megatron for 35 years. Me being 39, I finally waited for the right time to put this one together. Only painful part is spray painting the silver and red pieces...not to mention the flat black.
I took certain pieces and placed them out. The only hard part was the feet from the Constructobots Megatron.....they looked like chicken feet. I went with the Soundwave feet and it worked out well.

Also, the Megatron head from the Constructobots was the head I was looking for.
