During the Anhilation war Wendall Vaughn <Quasar> was killed by Anhillus. During the Final battle between Nova and Anhillus Phyla Vell the Cloned daughter of Capt. Mar-vell struck a blow for good and wrestled the Quantum Bands from Anhi becoming the new Quasar.

Base figure is a ML Wasp with a new bust the head is from the Anime Series Vampire Hunter D A ML MK cloak and a LOTR Sword with some Sculpt and a total Repaint.
The energy wave is from A Movie Sue Storm fig painted with Transparent Yellow.
