Storm (Fabric Cape & Super Poseable) Custom Action Figure

Custom #:57076
Name:Storm (Fabric Cape & Super Poseable)
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:X-Men - Movies
Creator:Blain3
Date Added:January 6, 2014
Base Figure:Buffy's "Kendra" by DST
Height:6.00 inches
Completion Time:4.00 hours
Articulation:30 points
"Do you know what happens to a toad when it's struck by lightening?"
Unlike that awful joke, I really like the way this figure fits in scale and poseability with the other X-figs.

For this version (as seen in X-Men: The Movie) I used the same base as I did for my X3 Storm- so check out that custom for a full description of how I made the body.

This version is her likeness from the first movie, so I removed the hair I had molded, and remolded those terrible short bangs she had. The rest of the hair is from a Boomer/Athena figure from Battlestar Galactica that I painted white.

I think I love this even more than your X3 one! Cape is brilliant and I might be in the minority but I much preferred her longer all white hair from the early films! BRILLIANT job!

Great work, that official Storm movie figure from Toy Biz is very, very limited in how you can pose it.

Yeah- I wanted one that would match the others from X2

You've done it again. I just LOVE your movie-based customs! Those DLX Buffy figures work as a great base.

beautiful! I am working on my movie x-ladies (superposeable too) now, and I´m using some buffy figs. Having trouble with the sculpt work, though, which you pulled off nicely here!! Love to see X-men movie customs and I really dig your work.

Yeah - they're a great base- just expensive. I enjoy your Xwork too!
