First off, Props to me for making the very first custom of Mania, both on figure realm, and as far as i can tell, in general!
This is my most ambitious custom yet. As you can see from the recipe, she took many different figures to make. I had to sand much of the inside of the torso and abdomen, and change the hollow ball joint in the abdomen to a solid ball joint with aves apoxy sculpt. I sculpted the spider, armor, and head. I used bullets from an ammo belt for the ankle spikes, and make the gauntlets from a ghost rider's forearms that I hollowed out. After assembling the legs, I had to sand down the lower leg pegs to make it possible for the boots to turn more easily. I sanded down the pelvis to reduce paint rub, and protected the paint on those sections with clear superglue.
I had to paint the abdomen first, then assemble the torso on top and paint it without messing up the abdomen. The head attaches with magnets, so I can make an unmasked head later.
I painted the figure with a dark purple first, then drybrushed flat black on top of that, and then finished with a last coating of clear purple to give her that shine. The spider and eyes were drybrushed silver.
Now all she needs if an Agent Venom to complete the team.
