I'm back!

i haven't uploaded anything to the realm for a while (because i have been really lazy with my customs) but here is something i made last month.

it took me years to finally make a Lobo, he's my favorite character ever and that's the reason why in the past years every time i tried to make one i desisted, i like the character so much, that i was never satisfied with my work!

but this became something really special, he is made from a 13" rotocast bobby lashley, you can see the sculpted parts on the third picture, i covered the articulation on the legs (two points on each one) and used the head from nails to make the rivets on one of the belts, i also made the hook from wood and then detailed the shape and added a bit of meat with apoxie.

for the paint i gave him a white coat on the body and then detailed the muscles with a light blue (in bisley style) and i used a lot of gloss black, on the legs, gloves, chains, boots and knee pads then i dry washed with the different colors needed to finish these parts but keeping a bit of gloss below,i used real chains and was expecting to keep them without modifications but they didn't look right so i painted all of them.

Last but not least, the most important thing on this custom: the hair, this is why i like this custom so much and also why i would never sell it because it's a part of me, more than one year ago i had my hair really long and when i had to cut it for work purposes i already had the idea for a lobo (at the time i thought of a 12" figure)so i asked the hairdresser to gather all my hair and i kept it at home for a year, so when i made this custom i glued the hair to the figure with silicone, gave him a haircut and then he was finished, since painting with the hair glued would have been difficult, this had to be the last step.

hope you people like this figure! bye!

PD: I'm also starting to use my new logo that i use on my facebook page c:

You're back and so is your hair! I think it's awesome! It's also fraggin cool how your hair matches Lobo's. Great figure of the Main Man, muscular just like the Bisley art style.

thanks! yeah I was trying to fit more of a Bisley style on him, from the light blue detail on the muscles to the belt buckle and the kneepads, I followed the look from "paramilitary xmas" for the most part
