Indestructible Hulk - Marvel Now Custom Action Figure

Custom #:58054
Name:Indestructible Hulk - Marvel Now
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel Legends
Creator:Wings
Date Added:February 4, 2014
Base Figure:Gamma Punch Hulk
Height:9.00 inches
This design seems to be hit and miss with fans but after reading the first couple of TPB's I started to buy into it. Sculpted the armour on his chest and used darice craft foam for the strapping and piping. Legs were swapped with ironmonger and the head is a retooled move Hulk (first film).

Real nice bro'. I also agree with the " why does the Hulk need armor" contingent. But you have to admit it makes him look even more awesome. Very very nice.

I think it grew on me as the series progressed. Plus the MU figure looked pretty good like this too.

Looks good man! Those Monger legs work nice. I used Monger legs and forearms too on mine which saved me some apoxie. I used those Omega Red shoulder pads too. I like the base figure you used much better, looks perfect!

Thanks Toycooker! I'm a fan of yours too, there's quite a few figures in your gallery that I'm drooled over in the past.

Unfortunately the movie Hulk is just waaaay too rare here in the UK/ The Ironmonger arms looked a bit too dinky on this body but I still got to use the wrist plates in the figure too. Glad to see great minds think alike when it comes to those legs.

Cheers! I wanted to retain the dirty, gritty look of the comics.

For some reason I first read your base figure as "Grandma Punch Hulk"

This looks awesome....almost like a kick-butt Frankenstein.
Wings - Tuesday, February 4, 2014
You don't wanna mess with Grandma Hulk!!!
Bullseye Bailey - Tuesday, February 4, 2014
Love it man. Especially diggin that skin tone.
Wings - Tuesday, February 4, 2014
Thanks, I tried to keep it as close to the comic look as possible. Kind of a step between green and grey.

I'm not so into the current look, but your custom looks great!
Wings - Tuesday, February 4, 2014
That' a win in my column!

I was in the same mindset of "why does Hulk need armour?" but I like the fact it gives him a uniform of sorts for the time in a long time.
Stevid - Tuesday, February 4, 2014
D@YUM! That came out sweet!
