Hello Realmers! Here’s an entry for the Mascot Mayhem contest. What was I thinking when I made this? I guess you could say that I was in a vegetative state, not in body but in my mind. All I kept thinking about was vegetables. That’s what seeing the Jolly Green Giant does. He reminds us to eat good green vegetables. Some ads that feature him say “I Stand For Goodness”.

He’s been the mascot for the Green Giant brand of canned and frozen vegetable products since 1925. There’s a real giant statue of him in Minnesota, USA where the company was first founded.

I picked the biggest Hulk figure to make into the other famous green giant. I got some fake plant leaves and glued them all over him, around 100 total leaves. No painting was necessary since everything was all green already.

I had fun making this big guy. Hope you all like him too. I’ll wrap this up the same way the TV commercials with him do.

Dude, I can not believe I didn't comment on this guy. I know I voted for him cuz that's how I got hooked to your fine customs, with this one and the Valkyrie you posted earlier. Most awesome depiction of the Green Giant ever, bar none.

haha, thanks panchopantera for liking the Jolly Green Giant. I wasn't really going to enter the contest for making mascots but when I did, being a Hulk fan that I am, I just had to try making this.

Thank you 1andonly5711 for talking a look and for your feedback. Maybe this guy can give a can of spinach to the cool "Popeye" that you made.

Turning a Hulk figure into the Green Giant is a relatively easy project, as he already looks the part, but, still, I think you did an excellent job on this, bravo! His leafy attire and hair looks great, and the Rotocast Toy Biz Hulk from the 2003 movie was a great choice as a base body to give him the stature a giant needs.

Patraw, thank you as always for you comments! Not just any old green Hulk would do, it had to be a giant.
