One of my favorite villain, Baron Zemo II. His costume looks so cool hehehe... I used a Capt Britain as the base, sculpted his face, shoulders and shoulder pads. For his crown and gold front line ting, I used rubber bands. He inherited his lower body from his father ML Baron Zemo. Simple paint app and some dry-brushing and boom!! Baron Zemo II was born ready to terrorize Captain America!!
