So, started by filling in the lightning bolt with apoxie sculpt which maybe coulda gone better. Then, painted everything, did the bands and visor out of apoxie and sanded them down to shape a bit and made the pouches out of sculpy. I painted all that yellow and glued the pouches on and bam! I'm not crazy about the base figure so I may very well do this again when I find a better base.
