Storm - Asgard Custom Action Figure

Swapped the head from a Purgatori figure and attached it to a swivel neck, allowing movement. The wings and hammer were sculpted with apoxie. Borrowed parts from a Gundam figure for the shoulder pads, and found a really tempest looking cape from a Darth Vadar Unleashed. The cape had some weight to it and often toppled the figure, so had to sculpt underneath and around the collar for support. Her corset was made from thin threads of plastic, glued on, painted over in enamel gold. Inspired by the Diamond Select bust by Sam Greenwell, this version tries to show a more battle-ready Storm, with an expression of vengeance and the cape appearing full-blown, at the mercy of her mutant powers!
