Hey guys! Today i give you one of my favorite movie characters, Rooster Cogburn of the films True Grit. He is a tribute to both versions of Rooster played by John Wayne(1975) and Jeff Bridges(2010). Since i love both films equally i put characteristics of both actors. Hence the eye patch on the left, Wayne style. While giving him Bridges's long hair and beard. Also his color scheme is a combo of both. I started with a cheap wild west figure, with the selling tag line of "Looks Realistic!" lol. Then sculpted an eye patch along with the hair and beard. With the final touch being a complete repaint of the figure (first time having to paint an eye). Well hope you like it enough to the point where as John Wayne would say, "Not bad for an old fat man!". Would like to hear some feedback, critiques, or tips and thanks for looking!

Thanks HectorHall, had been wanting to do a Cogburn figure for a while. Never thought it would be a 4 inch version for a contest though!
