Base DC Direct Hellblazer. I dremelled its hair and sculpted with Apoxie Sculpt his vest. I used some black wrestler figure as the source of his long hair. The bolo tie was made with a skull from some Spawn figure and the dices came from a couple of earrings.
Then I painted it blue and added the GL and Fido badges which I've printed before.
