The Ghost Rider is sent by Mephistopheles to take down his rebellious son, Blackheart!

Hi all, this is a custom of the definitive version of the movie Ghost Rider, at least to me. It has every thing that I wanted from the Ghost Rider movie figures, all bundled into one package. Since the base figure, Chain Attack Ghost Rider, had one of those annoying action features, his right shoulder was only a cut joint, which severely limited poseability. I replaced both of the shoulders with Revoltech joints, giving them a full range of ratcheted movement.

I took the Johnny Blaze head, and modified it to fit onto a flesh-coloured Revoltech joint. It also has a full range of ratcheted movement. Being a Revoltech joint, it was removable from the body. I used this to my advantage, giving him swappable heads that actually worked, unlike the vanilla base figure.

For the Ghost Rider alternate head, I used on elf the trophy skulls from NECA's Predators line. I cut off the spine, and dremelled the head to fit onto a seperate Revoltech Joint. Then, i made flames out of hot glue. Its a lot harder then it sounds, trust me lol. The flames were then painted using transparent oranges and yellows to create a gradient.
I then made ghost rider a metal chain, complete with spike, as well as a miniature Contract of San Venganza (dramatic music) It doesn't look that old but meh. Bike coming soon!

Sorry for the rather long writeup, but there was a lot of work done to this guy.

Thanks for looking, and ENJOY :)

Kudos on that flame head. Making decent looking fire is not an easy task. Looks great.

Thanks guys. Hot glue can make really good effects, like gunfire, electricity (COUGH*electro*COUGH), and fire.

Love it man! I've been dragging my butt on doing my bike. But this is some inspiration to get going. Welcome!

Thanks! I plan on doing a bike later too. The tamiya Yamaha virago model kit looks pretty close to Johnny blazes bike in the movie.

Cool! I'll take a look at it. Right now I've got one of those motorcycles that you find in Wal Mart and some parts taken from one of tho smaller rev action bikes from the movie. The parts came together nicely. I just have to blend them and fill in the gaps with some sculpt.
