I'd seen a few Hulkling conversions into Peter but I wanted to retaint the same stern cut head from the XMC Colossus so I built up the neck to accomodate the shorter noggin. His belt and bands are a mixture of rubber bands and sculpy with X-Men symbols from an XMC Storm. The calves, knees and shins were completely rebuilt and smoothed to make the boots. I'm just not 100% on his hands though. I adjusted the straps so as not to affect the ab crunch.
