I removed the cape sanded down shoulder pieces, filled in cleavege with putty. Added ears from Fast food toy. Painted the classic blue/grey/yellow costume on figure. Weapon and hair from parts box. Last photo is base figure.
Seems like a fairly simple custom but it looks near professional! This is realy great! Keep up the good work! At first I could have sworn you used a DC Direct head until I saw the formula
