This is the EASIEST custom I have EVER done... lol... Basically I painted the entire sora figure neon blue with acryllic paint. After it dried, I then sray painted it with a cheap enamel spray paint. As the srpay paint dried I ran a little water over it and let it continue to dry. Lastly I lightly sprayed it with an oil pastel color sealer to give it a dirty matte finish.
