Wiz Customs... Phoenix Force Vulcan,
This figure was made based on the What If Vulcan had the Phoenix Force. I realy like the art and thought it would make for a cool custom. He was made with a legendary heroes Star fig and a wonder man head. the scarf is from a Ripclaw fig and the color is from Longshot. painted and dry brushed to complete the look.
