This is Balder, Asgardian "brother" of Thor. Thor considers him his right hand man mostly and trusts him in his absence... so I guess hes kinda important no?

Cape thing - Conan

Pretty simple, sculpted the helmet and rest is over all painted job. farely simple yet affective I believe.
