The height is kinna decetive thats just to the tip of the drill. I used a Drilling Power Ranger as the base and completely sculpted the face. He was then repainted to resemble his original self yet he has a new Cybertroin form. When a button is pushed on the wasit the haed piece spins to deliver cerebro shells!
I'm thinking about doing all the Insecticons from the Star Wars TFs.
It would give them a uniform look, and give me a chance to rework some of the lamer SWTFs.
