I saw this body used on another site some months ago but only just got round to finishing him. He's 100% Blanka with sculpted mask, chest, hand suckers, legs and feet. The tube is the neck of a straw t keep some articulation and the coat is made out of Darice. The grey is a lot darker and deeper in person but my camera seemed to white most of it out :( Whoever made the original, Kudos goes out to you! My Gen X lot is nearly complete - just need a Mondo!
