I used an Icons Punisher as the base body for ol SE here. I sculpted over Franks head for the SE look then painted it black then dry brushed the visor silver. The entire body was painted flat black with very light dark grey drybrushing applied to the raised areas. I created the harness out of elastic and foam.

SWEET, I'm actually working on this too.. alittle different but still snake eyes... he has been in WIP stages forever though ;(... you make me want to finish it!!!!
