Yes, both of you are right.
The Omega Red's body was reused in "Spider-Man vs the Sinister Six Box Set " as Venom body.

I just use the Venom from "Spider-Man vs the Sinister Six Box Set ". I changed its head and just repainted the front and back spider symbol
