This one employed a very similar process to the one I used to create my Bronze Age Atomic Skull. I first removed the Psycho-Pirate's cape and glued on Black Hand's in it's place. Then, I glued the Medusa mask to the Psycho-Pirate's face and used milliput to smooth out the head. Additionally, I used milliput to create the boots and gloves. Using my Dremel, I sanded off the Psycho-Pirate's belt buckle, and then painted the figure. I glued on the lightning bolt patterns to his belt, gloves, and boots, as well as the T.V. set symbol and the black oval on his head. For a final touch, I glued an oval-shaped ball of dried milliput to his right hand (which I then painted black) to simulate his Blackrock weapon.
