*SPOILER* Don't Look if you have not seen CLOVERFIELD *SPOILER* Alright.. This is the Mark 3, he started out back on 1-18-08 after I got back from the movie, as a rough draft of what I remember seeing in the movie, then I updated him when Hasbro released official pics, so that mine would be closer to the creature in the film.
NOW, His torso/upper arms/upper legs and hands are from the most recent Toybiz 12 inch Venom, his long forearms are from 12" Mr. Fantastic, covered with tape. His bent lower legs are from 12" Movie Green Goblin, also wrapped in tape, feet are from an old Silly Slammers mini stretch figure. And now for the most complicated part... The head. The upper half of the head is from the same Silly Slammers figure, (*NOTE* I kept the frill on his head, because I liked the way it looked, but it is not present in the creature in the movie)The 'Lungs' on the sides were sculpted from Sculpy and super glued into place. his lower jaw is Venoms, same as the torso, the sides of his mouth are tape, his teeth, are carved tooth pics. The saddest part is his tounge, I had to take Icons Venoms tounge for the tip. Afterwords He was painted with "Smoke Grey" Rust-Oleum Gloss protective enamel paint.
