Trimmed the hair, dremmleed down the boot belts & dagger belts. kit bashed a skeletor waist thing. swapped out a right wrist with a left and removed the spikes. Primered, glues and made a crown from wire, hammered down and bent.
Airbrushed several layers and then dry brushed with (white or gray?) I forget.

2 of the Pioneers of Conan customs( ANESES & MAELSTROM) like it....then it must be a good one! and sure enough....IT IS!! BY CROM!!!

This looks great! Although It reminds me more of Kull with the somewhat shorter hair, but I am a big Kull fan too! The crown looks great!
