He's had a total repaint, the cape is from a zorro figure, the chest piece is from a he man and so are the weapons. He still talks also. Hope you like him!

Cool skeletor I really think this is a great figure esspecially cos I ussually root for the bad guys including skeletor! I llike the way you added blood to the power sword its as if hes just killed he man with it!
