I picked up a free promo minimate at Free Comic Book Day a few years back and decided he'd look much better in costume...as Deadpool.
Katana, pistol & mobile phone all from a fodder lot won on the 'bay. Katana attached with black bendy-tie. Elastic band for the belt and trimmed a thin slice from a gun handle to get the circle for the buckle. Paint and voila!
