Nothing really awesome to tell here, comission work: the owner asked us to use Venom as the base... and we used a BA Hulk for the strong chin. After that a little apoxie and paint. Finished!
It looks like you used the "Marvel Legends Icons" 12 inch Venom and Hulk for your mod, but the height listed for your mod is only 7 inches. Could you be more specific on which action figures were used? I don't want to take apart a toy that's worth over one hundred dollars.
