I made this character dang near 15 years ago outta of RAH GI JOE.
The result was Maxx Blaster. The time is set in the near future. He was born with a genetic mutation that enabled Maxx to munipulate radio active levels of heat. He can project and even focus the radiation in many ways. Maxx carrys a pistol. Nothing gets those thugs talking like a .45 to the dome. lol I know and before you ask he does not load the weapons, he uses his heat to channel projectiles from the gun. Origanally before joining up with a unnamed group of mutants, Maxx was a private investigator,( see his Tom Selleck stash) and sometimes security specialist. Maxx is a regular Smart @$$, and always ready to crack a skull or two. Well as long as the money is right. I wanna send a big thanks to RedMist for the loan of the hand cannon.
