For the base of the body I used a Batman figure from the early 2003 mattel series, which I then marked out all the batman logoes. For the head I found a ATV riding helmet which worked perfect. And for the visor marked out the guys face in black permanant marker, then I went over that in crazy glue to give it a shiny look. (and it keeps the color from rubbing off) I did the same for the gloves. Weapons where found randomly.
