I have always been a huge fan of this movie, and felt it needed a 12" version. I used a 21st century "Boris" figure and some random 12" clothes and shoes with a custom made coachman's coat like the one he wears. I also wanted to show him raveled and unraveled, so I added two custom interchangeable heads (I used actual medical bandages and then sealed it)and two interchangeable sets of hands, gloved and bandaged (made the same way the heads were)I used a qui gon head for the basis of both heads, btw, to try to get Liam Neeson's mangled features. Last, I added a base with the melting remains of one of his masks at his feet. I was always real proud of this one.
