Here is a figure I am always surprised we don't see more often. In terms of beautifully simplistic design, it is hard to top Frazetta, and his Death Dealer has always been a prime example of that. I started with a cheaper 12" Jack sparrow body and removed the head but kept the neck peg (the figures put the head articulation at the base of the skull and under the chin instead of having a ball joint neck like with most 12 figures) I added amour from various LOR and Pirate figures, boots from a 12" rotocast legolas, brown felt and a custom helmet with metallic red eyes so they would have a glowing effect. I make him his signature ax and flicked red paint from a brush at him to get the blood splatter look. He was one of the first I ever sold, and will always have a special place in my heart.
