This custom, along with its counterpart, was the product of trial and error involving sculpting, painting, sanding, repainting, sanding, more sculpting, painting and more painting. Basically, I took the Face-Off Hulk and juiced him up with some Apoxi Sculpt to give him a more roided-out look.
