Pretty much the same as everyone else has done. Took the Movie Masters Batman, dry brushed with a darker gray and then with black. Took a Toys R Us Batman (the one from the Robin 2 pack) and modified it and POW! I don't think the pics do the coloring any justice but what can a customizer do? (plz don't say buy a better camera :P )

Add the scallops to the cape and you got solid gold.
