This looks like a combination of the first appearance Batcave (basically a hidden office) and The Dark Knight. Btw, I used your brown paper bags idea, it looks awesome

Ah, but that is how one keeps his secrets. Anyway, the chemistry set is from some Jekyll/Mr. Hyde figure, the computer and screen are from a The Batman cave, the chair is a Proff. X wheelchair, and the closet is from an Angel or Buffy figure.
