I saw this drawing of US Agent that blew my mind so I decided to see if I can put one together to resemble the drawing, I used Wraal torso and legs and arms from Juggernaut movie version, boots are from Scorpion and a Cap head and shoulder pads FO Red Skull. Hope you like him.
