About 4 yrs. ago my friend came over and ran over my Superman figure. I thought It was destroyed and worthless until a few months ago when I thought, what if Doomsday didn't kill superman? So I bent his right arm and made bandages out of masking tape.

The tape is too much like masking tape and not much like medical tape.
How about using real medical tape cut in thinner (to scale) strips?
Also you could shred his uniform more...?
