I'd seen a few appearances of Photon during various crossovers over the year and liked the simplicity of her outfit until I got to that cape thingy. She uses a Psylocke head with sculpted hair and boot tops and Darice for the wings. I was going to try a Storm Cape but it just looked to sourced and oversized compared to the library pics I had.
