The same ol' Punisher figure lends itself for a very sinister villan, in this case Bullseye. belt pouches and buckle enhanced with Aves FixIt sculpt as well as collar. The calves and kneepads were sanded down and painted with Model Master acrylics. I will post better pictures soon.
