Silver Samurai Custom Action Figure

Custom #:8775
Name:Silver Samurai
Custom Type:Action Figure
Toy Series:Marvel vs Capcom
Creator:Renmauzo
Date Added:July 21, 2008
Base Figure:ML Captain Britain
Height:6.00 inches
For my fourth custom (and the next figure in my quest to complete my MvC2 set), I decided that I needed to get Silver Samurai done. This started off as an ML Captain Britain; I removed the knee pads, dremmeled down the gloves and so on, made the gauntlets and shin guards out of epoxy, then made the rings out of twist ties. The shoulder pads and armor skirt were made from some hard plastic I stripped out of a hockey glove I'm using for something else, and the belt keeping the pieces together I fashioned from the end of a zip tie and a push pin. The helmet is a dremmeled down ML Planet Hulk helmet with epoxy, and finally, the sword came from the Raiden fig. I used to make Strider (the energy accessory is from an SNK Akuma fig.) Hope you folks like, and I look forward to bringing you even better MvC2 mods soon! (Can't wait to get an airbrush!!!)
