I started with a mattel joker figure and took of the coat. I then painted the shirt, trousers and waistcoat in the dark knight colours. I then removed the neck and head and put on the ball jointed neck from a superman returns superman figure. I then painted the superman returns head in a joker style and lengthened the hair. I then added a real chain from a spawn cloak, shoes from doc ock spiderman 2 and coat from a doctor who, doctor figure. Finally I painted it in the correct colours and voila!
