I was reading the file card of the basic Cobra soldier, and I notice some of the other weapons these guys were experts on. And I knew I had several of the Skorpion sub-machine guns, and the ideas snow-balled from there. This guy is in the alleys, the rooftops, and the streets.

This is like a bad bum version of a basic infantry man and the look definitely works. I especially like the short sleeves for some reason. Great job.
