I used a prof. x figure for the base and resculpted his torso. Then I resculpted a _______________ head with lots of small details. I then sprayed it with a matte finish before painting and scraped away some of the finish off of the 'burnt' side of his suit. Then he was given a paint job and a gun from some random figure.
