I started with a Hush Joker. I used the coat and arms from a Hush Commissioner Gordon plus the head and hands from a Killing Joke Boxset Joker. The feet were filed down and the coat was painted with Tamiya purple. The Joker card came from Iron Cow.

I love the mix of DCD figures...I think it helps all the elements flow as to not look like several figure went into one...
